The Sigvaris Coolflex Standard Calf Wrap is an inelastic compression garment for managing lymphedema, Chronic Venous Disease, and edema. The garment has an adjustable gradient compression of 20-30 or 30-40mmHg, and features a metal clasp closure for strength and durability. The EZClose Pressure System’s eight tabs that makes donning and doffing the garment quite simple. The product comes in two lengths and five sizes, including “max” sizing for patients with small ankles and large calves. This product can be combined with the CompreBoot and the CompreBoot LITE. The product package includes: 1 – CoolFLEX NF and a pair of Basic Liners, and is available in beige or black.

Sigvaris Comprefit Standard Calf & Foot Wrap
The Sigvaris Comprefit Standard Calf and Foot Wrap is effective for both day and night use and fits under most clothing. The inelastic straps provide 30-40mmHg active compression, with lower resting compression. The product comes in two lengths and five sizes. The product package includes a CompreBoot foot piece and a pair of basic silver liners which are non-compression and naturally anti bacterial. The liners have a soft, cushioned heel and toe with flat seems and can accommodate calves up to 64cm.

The L&R Solaris TributeWrap Below Knee is designed as an evening and nighttime garment for managing lymphedema. It is made with a Coolcore fabric that wicks away sweat and moisture to regulate body temperature. The product has donning tabs that makes donning and adjusting the arm easy. The product has Chevron channeling based on Manual Lymph Drainage principles of directing fluid to the collateral pathways helping to maintain and reduce edema. Special features of the Below Knee are: (1) Coolcore fabric that wicks away moisture, (2) Easy to use donning tabs, (3) Foam technology that softens and breaks up hardened or fibrotic tissue, (4) Chevron based channeling, (5) Slim design for the patient’s comfort, and (6) Angled straps and darting at flexion points allowing freedom of movement in any rating or sleeping position. L&R Caresia Bandage Liner – Below Knee
The L&R Caresia Below Knee Bandage Liner makes the bandaging process quite simple and fast. The product is designed to eliminate stockinet’s and multiple layers of foam and padding. Foam chips the product stimulate the tissue, promoting the re-absorption of interstitial fluids to reduce swelling. Bandages are applied over the liner, which is designed to disburse irregular compression by creating a symmetrical shape to the limb. An equally simple solution is to the apply the ReadyWrap Knee unit instead of bandages. This product is sold individually and is not returnable once opened, unless defective. The product is available in three (3) lengths and three (3) sizes.
