Sigvaris is a company from Switzerland manufacturing the Biacare product line out of Michigan. The line of products includes the CompreFit and the CompreFlex systems. The CompreFlex thigh and calf are easy to apply and remove, providing comfortable daytime compression. The CompreFit system includes foot, knee and thigh units to provide coverage form the groin to the foot. The system has a high active compression (30-40mmHg) and a lower resting compression.

The Sigvaris Compreflex Standard Arm Wrap features a unique 90 Degree “Flexi-Zone” that increase the range of motion. The product provides mild to moderate compression featuring straps that roll back and attach to the garment to prevent tangling. This garment is safe to wear day and night and the inner sleeve allows for one-handed application. The product has an adjustable fit with a padded axilla and wrist for comfort. The garment is available in three lengths and four sizes and can be combined with a Dorsal Pocket Glove. The Sigvaris Comprefit Standard Calf and Foot Wrap is effective for both day and night use and fits under most clothing. The inelastic straps provide 30-40mmHg active compression, with lower resting compression. The product comes in two lengths and five sizes. The product package includes a CompreBoot foot piece and a pair of basic silver liners which are non-compression and naturally anti bacterial. The liners have a soft, cushioned heel and toe with flat seems and can accommodate calves up to 64cm.

The Sigvaris (formerly BiaCare) CompreBoot Plus foot piece features hook and loop velcro straps that provide 30-40 mmHg compression over foot and ankle. Chip foam lining helps break up fibrosis. Velcro straps are removable for custom positioning or replacement. It also features an open toe and heel and removable gripper patches on the sole for traction on the floor.
