JOBST® JoViJacket Classic Lower Leg w/ Polartec Power Dry
The Classic Lower Leg AD garment is for patients who have swelling in their lower leg(s) and feet because of lymphedema and/or chronic venous insufficiency. The sole of the foot of this garment extends to the tip of the longest toe, with the dorsum cut back at an angle to expose the toes, and ends at the distal knee. The foot length is proportional to the leg length and girth.
The Classic Lower Leg AD garment (either Ready-to-Wear or Custom Made as appropriate) can be paired with a Hip Hugger or Boxer Capri for more complete coverage. This combination offers great flexibility, particularly when there is a significant disparity between upper and lower leg sizes.
To order a Ready-to-Wear Classic Lower Leg AD garment, check to see if your patient fits into our standard size chart, found on the order form. Ready-to-Wear garments are often the most cost-effective solution if the patient’s measurements fall into the sizing parameters.
These garments are available in our signature Polartec® Power Dry® fabric. Additionally, JoViJackets are available in Nylon & Spandex Powernet. JoViJackets are highly recommended to complete this two-part garment system – the additional compression is needed for maximum fit & effectiveness.

JOBST® FarrowWrap® LITE Hand Gauntlet 20-30 mmHg
The FarrowWrap LITE Hand Gauntlet is designed for mild to moderate Lymphedema and other swelling disorders to the hand. The product includes a 4mm and 8mm foam square insert which can be applied to the top of the hand to reduce swelling. The product offers 20-30mmHg compression. It is designed to be worn on either the right or left hand and can be adjusted with velcro fasteners. This product can be paired with the Farrow Microfine glove. The Hand Gauntlet comes in four (4) sizes.

The Farrow BASIC Footpiece provides an economical 30-40mmHg compression for treatment of swelling caused by lymphedema or other venous disorders. It has removable velcro enclosures, which allows it to be used on either foot. It is easy to don and remove and can accommodate fluctuations in swelling. This product comes in two lengths and five sizes.

Crescent PitPaks follow the natural curves of the body and help to address stubborn woody fibrosis in such areas as the base of the toes, lateral chest wall and the inferior aspect of the breast.
This loose-filled PitPak is made of Ivory Organic Cotton & Spandex with 100% natural cherry pits (cleaned & sterilized, destroying the possibility of sprouting or being used for seed purposes).
Note: This can be an aggressive form of therapy that should be carefully monitored by a highly trained lymphedema therapist. The medical condition and tolerance level of each patient is different. Begin with an application of 15 minutes (maximum) under light compression to assess the situation before making any increases.

Jobst JoviPad Male Genital Pad
A Male Genital Pad is recommended for swelling and/or fibrosis in the scrotal area fibrosis. Shredded-foam filled liner with Continuous Flow vertical stitching pattern directs lymph flow away from the testicular area toward an alternate functional lymphatic pathway. This padded insert should be used under a compression garment for protection, added comfort and optimal results.

The TG Soft Liners are designed to fit a larger limb size than the silver liners. The product can fir a circumference up to 120cm. They are made with a Terry cloth lining which makes the product soft and offers additional padding. These non-compressive liners are stockings for use under JOBST® FarrowWrap adjustable compression devices to help protect the skin. Sold in pairs.

The FarrowWrap STRONG Thighpiece is designed to offer 30-40mmHg compression for treatment of moderate to severe lymphedema and other swelling disorders. This product can be paired with the FarrowWrap STRONG Footpiece and Legpiece for full leg coverage. The product has a wrap-around knee piece attached, and it is recommended that bike shorts be worn over the garment to keep it in place. his gradient pressure arm sleeve is filled with chipped foam. The special foam assists in breaking down trapped proteins to help move lymphatic fluid and help manage lymphatic swelling. The sleeve is engineered to eliminate the need for nighttime bandaging. The Ready-to-Wear design features a gauntlet style hand and lateral rise at the shoulder.
